Olga Marcov

Born in Chisinau, Moldova, Olga Marcov started to learn music at the age of 5, with violin her favorite instrument. Earlier on, she played in small folk orchestras and have participated at various national and international competitions and festivals in Moldova, Romania, Belarus and Ukraine. She played in the first violin section at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet ”Maria Biesu.” In 2011, Olga began to study with Ella Vlaicu at the Chisinau Conservatory of Music and Fine Arts while touring internationally (Germany,  France,  Spain,  Switzerland,  Italy, Portugal, Romania) with different orchestras: TNOB orchestra, Moldovan National Youth Orchestra,  Romanian National Youth Orchestra , FREM Orchestra,  and Stravaganzza orchestra.
