2018 Aarhus Lineup

We are excited to welcome a world class faculty and artist roster for New Music for Strings Festival 2018 in Aarhus and Reykjavik.  In addition, we are thrilled to announce that we have commissioned two large scale works from performer-composers for New Music for Strings 2018:

  • a string quartet commission from Eugene Drucker (Emerson String Quartet),
    sponsored by New Music USA
  • a commission for members of Friction Quartet, The Parhelion Trio and Lydenskab from Nikolaj Busk (pianist & accordionist of Dreamer's Circus)
