Anne Sofie Sloth Nilausen

 
 
 

Anne Sofie Sloth Nilausen graduated in March 2020 from the soloist class at the Royal academy of Music Aarhus where she studied with associate professor Søren Rastogi.

She has previously studied at The Royal Danish Academy of Music, Copenhagen, with Amalie Malling and Bohumila Jedličková, and subsequently with Paolo Giacometti and Lisa Eisner-Smirnova at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf from where she graduated her Master’s degree with distinction.

In 2019 she was the recipient of both the Harby Foundation scholarship and the Léonie Sonning Talent Prize. After winning the soloist competition of the Royal Academy of Music Aarhus in 2018, she played as a soloist with Aarhus Symphony Orchestra and Aalborg Symphony Orchestra.

Anne Sofie has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania and Spain with, among others, the Netherlands Chamber Choir and The Danish Chamber Orhcestra. Over the years, she has participated in numerous master classes with Keven Kenner, Leon Fleisher, Eugen Indjic and Boris Berman, to name a few.
